Easily :) I purchased a road pack from C3D, made a group of them, placed them to the ground plane and placed terrains around it :D

The road was a great inclusion which makes it much more realistic. I'm guessing it's a Cornucopia item that I've probably overlooked somewhere, but works extremely well 8-)
